Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our products. We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. To ensure smooth processing and a seamless customer experience, we have developed the following cancellation policy for our made-to-order items:

• We accept cancellations within 6 hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and request for cancellation.
• If the order has already been processed and is in production, it may not be possible to cancel the order. In this case, we will contact you to discuss available options.
• If the order has already received tracking information, it may be unable to be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our returns policy if you wish to return the item.
• Please note that returns are not accepted on custom printed items. Due to the unique nature of custom printed items, we are unable to resell them and therefore cannot accept returns. It is best to design carefully and ensure you are ready to place the order before doing so.
