I ordered 2 signs for an event. They shipped out within in a day with estimated delivery of June 28th-July 5th. Unfortunately, USPS decided to route the package the wrong way, which was not any fault of the business. The package with Kansas origination to Wisconsin destination spent almost a full week sitting in California. I reached out and the company rep was extremely responsive and helpful. The package arrived after the delivery window of July 5th, but fortunately I gave myself a couple of extra days. The signs arrived July 8th and I needed them July 9th. Again, the company was wonderful and the signs were exactly what I wanted; it was USPS that didn't follow through with on-time delivery.

Signs turned out nice, shipping was fast, just got them, so cannot comment on how long they will last outside, but they look to be good quality so far.
Went above and beyond. My order unfortunately was lost during shipping but they were able to fix things quickly and had such great customer service and communication! Was also sent replacement for damaged signs. They exceeded expectations, I Recommend LFP !
