  • No returns are accepted on custom printed goods unless the item is damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to report the damage and request a replacement.
  • We will not require the return of the damaged item. Simply submit photo evidence to us and we will cover the cost of the new item if the damage was caused during transit.
  • To initiate the return process for a damaged item, please contact us via email or phone to provide your order number and details of the damage. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replacement for custom printed items, as each item is unique. We will do our best to match the original design as closely as possible, but there may be slight variations in color, size, or placement.
